Privacy Choices

This page is where parents and guardians can learn how to manage privacy choices for Cori. You can use the contact options below to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you or your child in connection with the Cori app or VIP waitlist.

Apple App Store Connect also lets us list this URL as an optional User Privacy Choices URL so customers can find these controls from the product page.

What you can request

  • Access — a summary of personal information we have about you or your child from the waitlist or support channels.
  • Correction — updates to inaccurate parent contact details or child profile information you provided.
  • Deletion — removal of waitlist entries and other personal data we are not legally required to keep.
  • Marketing opt-out — stop VIP invite emails or SMS if you previously opted in (reply STOP to texts, or email us).

On-device App data

Progress such as lessons, coins, and vocabulary practice may be stored on your device. You can remove that data by deleting the App or clearing App data in your device settings. If we later add cloud accounts, we will also offer in-app account deletion consistent with App Store rules.

How to submit a request

Email us from the address you used for the waitlist or support:

Please include:

  • Your full name and the email/phone on the waitlist (if any)
  • Your child’s first name (if the request involves a child)
  • Whether you want access, correction, or deletion
  • Enough detail for us to find the right records

We may need to verify that you are the parent/guardian or account holder before completing the request. We aim to respond within a reasonable time (and within any deadlines required by law).
